IS 705K International Ultrasound Teaching Elective

Under the supervision of OHSU faculty, students will learn how to teach midwives in Philippines to perform basic ultrasound, patient education around dental care and instruction to midwives in appropriate documentation in pregnancy care. Students will help perform quality assessment on ultrasound images submitted by midwives to further their education.
