JCON 602B Basic Science Review B

The purpose of the Basic Science Review B course is for students to further their understanding of the principles and fundamental knowledge from the Foundations of Medicine (FoM) curriculum phase. This course is specifically for students who determine AFTER the start of Winter term, but BEFORE the Transition to Clinical Experience (TTCE) course begins, that they will defer the USMLE Step 1 exam to spend additional time preparing for USMLE Step 1 exam. Students in this circumstance will withdraw (WP) from the Preparation for Step 1 (PREP 700) course and enroll in this course. This course can be only utilized in Winter term immediately following the FoM curriculum phase. This course will be counted to meet the graduation credit requirement in lieu of PREP 700.
