MGEN 625 Applied Epigenetics Credits: 3 This course covers epigenetic mechanisms existing in mammals, cutting-edge techniques and methods used to interrogate the epigenome. Students will learn about computational methods available for epigenetic analyses, data interpretation and display, and how to leverage publicly available epigenetic datasets for their own research.
