Providence Seaside Hospital Emergency Medicine provides critical services for its communities, including facilitating earlier evaluation and entry into the healthcare system, stabilization and initiation of treatment, and coordinated transfer to various departments. Students will gain exposure to, and learn to diagnose and manage a wide range of clinical cases and injuries. Students will gain experience in H&P and differential diagnosis. Students will gain hands-on experience in managing urgent/emergent care. Students will also have the opportunity to develop skills in common emergency medicine procedures.
